Transferring your FLOW Unpaid Toll Notice or Demand Notice to your tolling account

FLOW offers the ability to transfer FLOW Unpaid Toll or Demand Notices to a valid tolling account with FLOW or another tolling provider.

Why have you received an Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice from FLOW?

You have received an Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice because your account did not register your travel. There are a variety of reasons your travel did not record against your existing account. The most common reasons are listed below:

• Insufficient credit on your account at the time of travel;
• The vehicle you were travelling in is not assigned to your account at the time of travel;
• The tag in your vehicle may have malfunctioned; or
• Your auto payment or direct debit may have failed and did not apply funds to your account.

Check with your tolling provider to ensure your account details are up to date.

Conditions for transferring your FLOW Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice to your tolling account

In order to transfer your Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice to your tolling account you must ensure that:

1. Your tolling account has sufficient credit to accept the transfer from FLOW. If not, prior to transferring your FLOW Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice, you should visit your tolling provider’s website and top up your account with sufficient credit to cover the cost of your FLOW Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice(s).
    
2. Topping up your tolling account does not constitute payment of your FLOW Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice. AFTER you have topped up your tolling account you must still transfer your FLOW Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice to your account by accepting these conditions and following the prompts.
    
3. Should your tolling provider reject the transfer of your Unpaid Toll or Demand Notice to your account, for any reason, you will be issued:
   1. A Demand Notice, if you fail to pay an Unpaid Toll Notice, with additional fees; or
   2. A Penalty Infringement Notice, if you fail to pay a Demand Notice, from Brisbane City Council to the value of $140 for each trip where the deferred toll amount is not paid.
