Below are the fees and charges that may apply to FLOW Toll accounts and passes. Please note these fees and charges do not include the tolls, vehicle matching fees and other fees charged by individual tollways.

The above fees and charges are current from 1 July 2010. These fees and charges may increase in line with CPI from 1 January each year.
Invoice or statement re-print fee
Each duplicate of an issued invoice requested by a customer to be issued by mail or printed at our customer service centre will incur this fee.
Should FLOW receive any charges from a customer’s bank as a result of not being able to process the customer’s payment, then those bank charges will be deducted from the customer’s account balance.
Minimum Balance
The minimum balance for FLOW Tag Account and Plate Account customers is $10. There is no minimum balance for Business Account and Post-Paid Plate Account customers.
Minimum Top-Up
The minimum top-up amount for FLOW Tag Account and Plate Account customers is $20.
