FEES & CHARGES

Below are the fees and charges which may apply to FLOW Tolling accounts and passes. Please note fees and charges do not include the cost of the tolls, image processing fees and other fees charged by individual tollways. Click the links to find out more about each service and associated fee.

All tolls, fees and charges for the use of CLEM7 and Go Between Bridge include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise indicated. The above fees and charges are current from 1 January 2011. These fees and charges may increase in line with CPI from 1 January each year.


 

Image Processing Fee
This fee is payable for each trip on the CLEM7 or Go Between Bridge where a tag is not detected in the vehicle at the time of travel. An image processing fee is an administration fee charged to cover the cost of manually verifying the vehicle’s licence plate and class so the correct toll can be assigned. This fee does not apply to motorbikes.

Your Bill Administration fee
This fee is payable for every Your Bill issued for travel on the CLEM7 where an agreement with a tolling provider is not detected at the time of travel. This is an administration fee charged to cover the cost of sending Your Bill to recover the toll. This fee will also be applied if your agreement with your tolling provider is not current, for example a lack of credit in your account.
 
Unpaid Toll Notice charge and Unpaid Toll Notice Reminder charge
This fee is payable for every Unpaid Toll Notice and Unpaid Toll Notice Reminder  issued for travel on the CLEM7 or Go Between Bridge. This is an administration fee charged to cover the cost of recovering the toll.
 
Queensland Demand Notice Administration fee
This fee is payable for every Queensland Demand Notice issued for travel on the CLEM7 or Go Between Bridge. This is an administration fee charged to cover the cost of recovering the toll and the unpaid toll notice charges. It is an offence under Section 105ZH of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 to fail to comply with the stipulations of a Demand Notice.
 
Interstate Demand Notice
This fee is payable for each trip on the CLEM7 or Go Between Bridge by interstate registered vehicles where an agreement with a tolling provider is not detected at the time of travel.   This is an administration fee charged to cover the cost of recovering the toll.
 
Invoice or Statement re-print fee
Each duplicate of an issued invoice requested by a customer to be issued by mail or printed at our customer contact centre will incur this fee.
 
Additional Statement fee
FLOW Tag Account customers receive one free mailed statement per quarter, with copies available to view online for 12 months. Each statement requested by a customer to be issued outside the regular statement cycle will incur this fee. This charge will also apply to FLOW Plate Account customers who request a statement by mail or printed at our customer contact centre.
 
Tag replacement fee
This fee is payable at the time of issue of a new tag if the customer loses, damages, or destroys a tag that is less than 3 years old. This fee will be deducted from the customer’s account balance.
 
Tag non-return fee
This fee is payable at the time of account closure if the customer fails to return their tag if it is less than 3 years old. This fee will be deducted from the account balance prior to refunding any credit amounts to the customer. It is also payable if the customer fails to return their tag that is less than 3 years old when required to do so. It will be deducted from the account balance.
 
Bank dishonour fee
Should FLOW Tolling receive any charges from a customer’s bank as a result of not being able to process the customer’s payment, those bank charges will be deducted from the customer’s account balance.
 
Minimum Balance
The minimum balance for FLOW Tag Account and Plate Account customers is $10. There is no minimum balance for Business Account and Post-Paid Plate Account customers.   
 
Minimum Top-Up
The minimum top-up amount for FLOW Tag Account and Plate Account customers is $20.
